I starting running in the 5th Grade. Ran XC and Track throughout middle school and high school. Also, ran track in college at SIUE. After college, I started to run Halfs & /Fulls. After a few years, I put running on pause and put life as top priority. Five years ago, I decided to get back into running shape. Two years ago I started to run Ultras as a new challenge and a break from road running. Today, I run 5-6 times a week and run multiple races a year.
